planning task: If we're going to change interfaces already in use (iRel, MOAB's “API” for structured mesh, etc.) it is best to do so as soon as possible. (JK) If memory serves, this task derived from a discussion of whether the iRel interface and its interaction with other ITAPS interfaces were more complex than necessary. -SJ
