Description

Is there a reason why we don't build multiple process managers by default (e.g., --with-pm=mpd,gforker,hydra)? The build should be work OK for other process managers on most platforms that mpd would compile. It'll make our life easier to just tell users to use mpiexec.gforker or mpiexec.hydra if they run into any problem, rather than asking them to reconfigure/recompile. The default mpiexec can still be from mpd.
