For Pavan:

While debugging today, we found that these fixed buffers overflow for
very large environments or large MPMD launches:

#define HYD_TMP_STRLEN  16384
#define HYD_NUM_TMP_STRINGS 8192

This should be fixed in r4836. Resolving.
