Description

The Intel test suite is failing with the --disable-weak-symbols option. The problem looks like the internal MPIR_ symbols are defined in both libmpich.a and libpmpich.a.

Those local utility functions aren't inside the MPICH_MPI_FROM_PMPI guard. I've got a fix coded up, just waiting for my build to complete.
