Description
Reported by Jim Kuzner. He is using mlocate 0.15-1 and pvfs 2.7.1 with additional patches.
He can configure updatedb so that it does not index PVFS. However, before doing that he has noticed that most of the RAM on his clients is consumed when updatedb runs on PVFS. The memory is apparently lost in kernel space; he cannot recover it without rebooting. Confirmed that the memory is _not_ being consumed by the buffer cache.
Need to try to reproduce this.
