I was trying to figure out why the "git" package wasn't managed as a dependency of "git-core":

m = self.build_metadata('localhost') self.pluginsPackages?.complete(m, git-core?, debug=True)

Packages: No matching sources for client localhost; improper group memberships?

Issue was that there was no Package aptsource that matched this client's magic groups. In hindsight this error message is clear, but still had to ask in IRC to resolve.
