Description

As ​it was said Bcfg2 has testsuite, but absolutely no documentation about how to run or extend it. 

nosetests -d testsuite

It could be at least added to this wiki (me don't have access) and README file available from checkout (or some HACKING guide specifically available for developers), and of course to Manual.

README update is available from ​the following pull request.
