Expose version information for troubleshooting command line tools

Description

Currently, Bcfg2 modules contain revision = '$Revision$' that seems to be useless legacy from SVN times.

It will help to introduce shared version field which could be exposed through --version option in command line tools for troubleshooting Bcfg2 bugs.
