config file trumps commandline options

Description

the config file needs to exist and then trumps the commandline options so you can't use any of the fancy -S <other server> stuff.

I tested this out, and it works for me.

WARNING! You need to establish a session before you can create or edit tickets. Otherwise the ticket will get treated as spam.

as closed
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'
Author


E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.
