Ticket #389 (closed enhancement: fixed)
Usability issues with Tool Driver sets.

Description
Given that there are at least two drivers that conflict with each other (RPM and Yum) it would be nice to have the following features:
- ability to get a list of available drivers: e.g. bcfg2 -D help could spit out the list of drivers for that client.
- ability to restrict the drivers used via /etc/bcfg2.conf on the client. This would allow people to select between RPM and Yum without specifying -D on the command line all the time.
- Log warnings when -D arguments are `wrong' (syntactically wrong, no such driver exists etc.)
