Legacy run services (lrc) should be ignored on GNU/OpenSolaris

Reported by: [email protected] Owned by: desai
Priority: minor Milestone: Bcfg2 1.2.0 Release
Component: bcfg2-server Version: 1.0
Keywords: Cc:

Packages that install init scripts controlled by DebInit? show up in SMF as legacy run services. Bcfg2 sees this as extra configuration. I think it makes sense to completely ignore lrc if DebInit? is active.

I think that the best solution to this is to either explicitly list the client tool drivers you wish to load (-D option on the client) or to write a custom SMF client tool which doesn't have the lrc bits in it and set the SMF client tool as conflicting.
