No way to specify packages with the same name but under different package mannagement systems

Description

Say I have an RPM package "openssl", and an AIX package "openssl", and an Encap package "openssl", all of which install to separate places and are used by different pieces of software. How do I specify for instance I want the encap and AIX packages but not the RPM one on a particular client? (assuming here the existence of an AIX client tool driver).

At the moment this isn't possible. See IRC log around ticket open time for some discussion.

This is critical (to me at least)... it is a blocker to my deployment.

Effects at least Pkgmgr and Deps generator plugins.

This appears to be fixed by using the new altsrc? feature.
