Debian driver does not start services that should be running and are stopped

Description

Seen with Bcfg2 0.9.4. The Bcfg2 client not start services that should be running and are stopped, on Ubuntu.

How to reproduce :

  • Specify a service in Bcfg2 with status="on"
  • /etc/init.d/service_name stop
  • Run the Bcfg2 client
  • The service is not started, as it should be

This has been fixed in the 0.9.5 prereleases.
