Check info.xml files in Cfg with repo-validate

Description

It would be very convenient to have the info.xml files in the Cfg directory checked by repo-validate.

Sol Jerome implemented this, it is committed in [bfef1b1c41c96c55033e334fe833e030ced8c450] (SVN r4269) and queued for the stable series (it is a low-risk patch)
