Add an option for logging ouput location.

I would like an option in a config file to select whether logging message go to the default system location or a specific log file, such as bcfg2.log.

This is now possible using the -o flag for bcfg2 and bcfg2-server. It implements a separate out of band logging mechanism that bypasses syslog.
