In interactive mode ask for install __important__ config file

Description

Hi,

In interactive mode I think it would be better to ask the user at the time used in noninteractive mode for important files than do as treat files like non important ones.

On critical servers I always use interactive mode and sometimes I had to launch it twice to have the good result. This patch would solve this type of problems.
