Description
Hi,
The method RefreshPackages? is called twice on APT initialization (it is called in APT.init and Bcfg2.Client.Tools.PkgTool?.init). This is not a real problem, it's just take time. If you want I include a patch to remove it.

self.installed = {} line in init must be also removed : this dictionary is filled by RefreshPackages?

The self.installed dict doesn't hurt to initialize here. Leaving it here keeps pylint from complaining about it not necessarily being initialized.

I see what you are talking about; I removed the first line as well (after I had broken the apt driver). Thanks for the info.
