0.9.6 spec file problems

Description

Two problems with the 0.9.6 final spec file: 'pre1' shows up at two places, so RPM can't figure out how to unpack the tarball or what directory to use after it is unpacked, and '/usr/sbin/bcfg2-reports' isn't included in the files list.
