Description
running the bcfg2 client should not be destructive by default.
it could be either interactive or error out asking the user to specify a mode
-n (no) / -I (interactive) / -y (yes/proactive)

I'm don't agree with this off the bat. I think that use of the init script and the option handling mechanism in there is probably a better idea than changing the client itself.

the fact that simply running 'bcfg2' without any argument is destructive is bad by itself.
