bcfg2-info should not print "Hanlded events" for the general case

Description

Please make this an add on option (-d or -v come to mind) - as a general admin, I only care about that when it fails.

This might get fixed with the logging rewrite. I won't be able to convince you that you need this data until you do, but trust me, you do.
