Running scripts in Action without having them be physically installed on the client machine

Description

I'd like to see a method where I can place helper scripts in my bcfg2 repository that I can invoke from an Action without having to have those scripts installed on the client machine.

desai told me to open this up. :-)

After thinking about this, I'm inclined to say that this should be managed using a combination of ConfigFile? and Action to accomplish this. Reopen if you want to argue with me ;)
