Service detection wrong on Gentoo

Description

So service detection is not quite correct on Gentoo -- one part of it detects services installed, while another part does not correctly detect whether a service is enabled or not.

After looking a bit more at it, it turns out it only sees services that are currently enabled in the "default" runlevel. The attached patch fixes this issue.
