bcfg2-info buildfile fails silently without proper permissions

Reported by: https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id?id=AItOawn0pLkL1ngtVGAm3pjho7hWo5kGx2tzfk4 Owned by: desai
Priority: major Milestone: Bcfg2 1.2.0 Release
Component: bcfg2-server Version: 1.0

Description

In bcfg2-info, buildfile fails silently if the user running it does not have proper permissions.

Usually this is the case of user forgetting to prepend sudo before running bcfg2-info, but the tool should give some indication that a permissions problem is occuring.

To be fair, there is some diagnostic "Failed to open bundle" message that does come up when bcfg2-info is run without the proper perms, but that is in the midst of a lot of other status messages, so it is easy to not see that at startup, it even scrolls off the screen sometimes.
