Debian squeeze dependency boot sequence.

Reported by: https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id?id=AItOawlG5aiZZ6D7CrCtcInFhXmj7TC9AOKTyb8 Owned by: desai

Description

In Debian Squeeze, the boot process is dependency based, so you don't nedd sequence attribute any more in Service tag.

If you add a Service with sequence attribute for a squeeze client, the VeriryService? method of DebInit? class will allways fail.

The attached patch is a workarround for the problem, I'm not sure that is the best way to implement it.
