Documentation for Recommended tag in APTSource does not suggest order

Description

The documentation for the <Recommended> tag in an <APTSource> doesn't specify where the tag should go. (I'm looking at ​http://doc.bcfg2.fourkitchens.com/server/plugins/generators/packages.html.) If it's not placed in the correct order, bcfg2-repo-validate complains. I had to consult /usr/share/bcfg2/schemas/packages.xsd to figure out the correct order.

Fixed in e8be69a17541d1973ebb446cfe5af308e39ac68b. Please also note that the fourkitchens mirror is no longer up to date and docs.bcfg2.org is the recommended site for viewing the documentation.
