Outdated packages

Description

A lot of the precompiled packages which are accessible through the Bcfg2 ftp server [1] are outdated. I think that it would be better to remove those old packages to avoid user confusion.

I moved most of these. Just need to get someone with the right perms to move the macosx directory. I copied them to the archive in case anyone possibly might need them.
