bcfg2-admin generates the ssl cert for somewhere in the US

It would be great if bcfg2-admin init could be made to prompt for the CA location rather then assuming the USA.

There is an open pull request [1] to fix this. bcfg2-admin init asks for the country, the state, and the location similar to the openssl dialog.
