SYNOPSIS

       bgsystem [-d] [--config-files <configfile1:configfile2>] [-D=<pidfile>]

DESCRIPTION

       bgsystem  The  Blue  Gene System Component handles mpirun execution for
       jobs in the queue.

OPTIONS

       -d     Turn on communication debugging.

       --config-files <configfile1:configfile2>
              Specify path to cobalt.conf.

       -D=<pidfile>
              Daemonize, and write pid to pidfile.

CONFIGURATION FILE PARAMETERS

       NOTE   The following configuration options are  still  located  in  the
              legacy [bgpm] section of the cobalt.conf file.

       bridge_config=/path/to/bridge.config
              Set bridge config file for user jobs.

       mmcs_server_id=ipaddress
              IP address of the MMCS server

       mpirun=/path/to/mpirun
              Set path to the mpirun executable.
