SYNOPSIS

       schedctl [--stop | --start | --status | --reread-policy | --savestate]

       schedctl [--score | --inherit] jobid1 .. jobidN

DESCRIPTION

       Commands to control job scheduling.

OPTIONS

       -d --debug
              Turn on communication debugging.

       -h --help
              Displays the usage and a brief descriptions of the options

       --version
              Displays client revision and Cobalt version

       --stop stop scheduling jobs

       --start
              resume scheduling jobs

       --status
              query scheduling status

       --reread-policy
              reread the utility function definition file

       --savestate
              write the current state to the specified file

       --score
              adjust the scores of the jobid arguments

       --inherit
              control the fraction of the score inherited by jobs which depend
              on the jobid arguments
